Step by step process
The client begins the video identification through a private link or during a digital transaction.
The system activates all processes, including audiovisual recording tailored to the specific needs or use cases, initiating the video call.
The system prompts the user to take photos of the front and back of their identity document, a selfie, and a liveness check.
The document is analysed, and facial comparison is conducted between the selfie and the document photo using TrustCloud AutoIdent's Facematch technology.
The client is notified of the outcome of their process: either positive or negative.
The evidence is securely stored in the TrustCloud Vault module using physical and cryptographic measures, and updated notifications are sent to the client.
As a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP), TrustCloud records and safeguards all digital assets generated during the video identification process, applying a timestamp to each step, including any changes, and with the capability to shift the burden of proof in the event of a dispute.
