Notarial Deposit
This functionality of TrustCloud Quantum Vault is based on the possibility enabled by art. 198.2 of the Spanish Notarial Regulation, which allows notaries to record any "related fact" in electronic form, without having to transcribe its content on paper.
The Notarial Deposit service works as follows: periodically, notaries access the TrustCloud cloud architecture to enter the elements into the notarial record, adding an official note that individually lists all the identifiers of the specific digital assets held in the custody service.
Notaries then upload the notarial deeds to TrustCloud Quantum Vault, along with their CSV, so that the companies' legal teams can access them without having to contact TrustCloud.
Once the evidence has been deposited before a notary, the company has irrefutable proof of the integrity of the digital assets, securing the electronic transaction and maximising its evidentiary power.
